Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–3 working days.
We deliver to the address provided by the buyer. The delivery method and price are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Free collection from our warehouse can also be arranged; please agree the location and time with us in advance.
If a particular product is manufactured or specially sourced and requires longer, we inform you before confirming the order and agree its lead time separately. Delivery to other countries is arranged individually according to the destination and order size.
Delivery details
Please provide the exact address, recipient’s name or company name and a contact telephone number. Tell us about any changes to the address or recipient before dispatch.
Receiving your parcel
On receipt, check the packaging, products and quantities. We recommend photographing visible damage and, where possible, noting it on the carrier’s documents. Report damage, missing items or incorrect products promptly to info@scaffshop.lt, quoting your order or invoice number.
Signing for a parcel or failing to record packaging damage does not in itself remove the buyer’s rights regarding product defects. Using a carrier does not remove the seller’s responsibilities under applicable law.
